Dance Floor Rentals
Determining the size of dance floor needed:
Generally only a percentage of your guests will be dancing at any one time, let's say around 50%. To determine how much space you need on your dance floor first look at the number of guests expected, and then the amount of space available for floor itself. A good rule of thumb is to allow 10 square feet per couple on the dance floor,
so if you are expecting 100 people, that would be 50 couples. Dividing that number in half gives you 25 couples on the dance floor at any given time. In this case a 250 square foot dance floor should be enough.
The prices listed below are per square foot of floor for a one day rental. To determine the cost of the size floor you need multiply the total square footage you arrived at above by the price listed below.
